ADT Inc. never filed for bankruptcy. It is a going concern and still trades publicly. That single fact separates you from most homeowners whose installer closed: there is a solvent company on the other end of your warranty. When ADT announced the exit it said it would follow through on its 25-year limited workmanship warranty and 25-year power production guarantee.

ADT publishes no solar phone line, so there is no number to call first. What exists instead is a support page, a live chat staffed by agents, and a written intake form that ADT itself links as its customer support route. All three were loaded and confirmed responding on 8/17/2026.
We also hold a phone number for ADT solar support that circulates online. We could not confirm it connects to anyone, so we do not print it. A number that rings nowhere is worse than no number, because it burns the afternoon you set aside to make the call.
