For homeowners whose installer is gone

The Orphan Rescue Packet

Your installer closed or filed for bankruptcy. Your warranties did not all die with them, and the ones still standing are worth real money. This packet tells you which are which.

1 Every warranty on your system, with the years remaining on each. Panels, inverters, battery, roof penetrations and workmanship are separate promises with separate lifespans, and they did not all end when your installer did.
2 Who honors each one now. Named company, and a phone number we have confirmed is answered. Where no company stands behind a warranty any more, we say that plainly instead of sending you in a circle.
3 A claim letter with the wording already written. Addressed to the right desk, in your name, ready to send. A dated written request is what turns an ignored complaint into something an attorney can use.
4 Your first year of production monitoring, included. We watch your output and tell you if it drops far enough to be worth a warranty claim, while the coverage is still live. It renews at $79 per year after the first, and you can cancel any time.
One time. Delivered within one business day.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card. Checkout will ask for your property address so the packet describes the right house.

What this is not

It is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. It is not a repair, and we do not sell you panels. It is the research and the paperwork you would otherwise spend a month assembling, done once, for your address.

If your installer is still in business, you probably do not need this. Call them first. We will tell you the same thing on the phone.
