RE Pro Subscription Agreement
Effective on Subscriber's purchase of the Subscription. Last updated: 2026-05-19
This Agreement governs Subscriber's purchase of the SolarDisclosure™ Certified Partner Subscription. It applies in addition to the SolarDisclosure™ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription details
Subscription: SolarDisclosure™ Certified Partner.
Fee: $99.00 USD per month, billed in advance via Stripe.
Term: Month-to-month, beginning on the day Subscriber completes the subscription purchase.
Auto-renewal: Renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Subscriber benefits (positioning-led)
This Subscription is principally a positioning and credentialing relationship. The per-report discount is an ancillary benefit. While the Subscription is active, Subscriber receives:
- SolarDisclosure™ Certified Partner designation. Exclusive right to display the Certified Partner badge on marketing materials, listing flyers, property websites, email signatures, business cards, and Subscriber's website, in accordance with the SolarDisclosure™ Brand Usage Guidelines. Available only to active Subscribers.
- Co-branded marketing assets. Access to SolarDisclosure™-issued co-branded one-pagers, social-media graphics, listing-flyer templates, and consumer-education content.
- Public directory listing. Inclusion in the public-facing "Find a SolarDisclosure™ Partner" directory at solardisclosure.io with Subscriber's name, photo, firm, service area, contact information, and verified Certified Partner badge. Non-subscribers do not appear.
- Optional lead routing. SolarDisclosure may route Homeowner inquiries to active Subscribers under a separately signed Lead Routing Addendum (RESPA Section 8 compliant).
- Discounted Expedited Reports. $299 per Expedited report (48-hour delivery) instead of the standard $349 rate. Standard 5–7-day reports remain $299 (no further Subscriber discount).
- Subscriber portal. Dashboard at solardisclosure.io for order placement, status tracking, report downloads, audit logs, directory profile, and billing.
- Priority support. Subscriber-channel support with a target one-business-day first response.
3. Subscriber conduct
Subscriber agrees to: maintain accurate professional licensure information; obtain Homeowner verbal consent before placing engagement orders on a Homeowner's behalf; accurately represent SolarDisclosure's role; comply with the Brand Usage Guidelines; disclose the SolarDisclosure relationship to Subscriber's broker, employer, or compliance department as required by professional licensing rules; not act as the notary on any Homeowner POA in connection with a SolarDisclosure engagement Subscriber referred; submit to reasonable brand-usage audits; keep directory listing information accurate.
4. Referral compensation, lead routing, and brand-credential revocation
Any referral-fee or revenue-share arrangement requires a separately signed Referral Addendum. Any lead-routing arrangement requires a separately signed Lead Routing Addendum, structured to comply with RESPA Section 8 (12 U.S.C. § 2607). The Subscription Fee compensates Subscriber for the bundle of benefits described in Section 2; it is not a payment in exchange for referrals.
SolarDisclosure may suspend or revoke Subscriber's brand credentials immediately for material breach of these terms or the Brand Usage Guidelines, non-payment, loss of professional license, brand-damaging conduct, or regulatory action.
5. Fees and pass-through
The $99/month Subscription Fee is non-refundable for the current billing period upon cancellation. Per-engagement fees and pass-through manufacturer transfer costs are governed by the applicable Per-Engagement Order Form.
6. Confidentiality and data handling
Subscriber will treat Homeowner contact information, property information, and system performance data received in connection with the Service as confidential and use it solely for the engagement and Subscriber's regulated professional relationship with the Homeowner.
7. No legal advice; not a law firm
SolarDisclosure is an administrative agency and disclosure-reporting service. It is not a law firm and is not a financial, investment, tax, or real-estate advisor. Subscriber will not represent otherwise to any Homeowner.
8. Term and termination
Month-to-month, beginning on Effective Date. Subscriber may cancel at any time via the Subscriber portal. SolarDisclosure may terminate immediately for breach (including any breach of Sections 3, 4, or 7), upon non-payment, upon revocation of brand credentials, or upon thirty (30) days' notice without cause. On termination, all brand-credential and directory rights end immediately; Subscriber will remove all SolarDisclosure assets from marketing surfaces within thirty (30) days.
9. Indemnification
Subscriber shall indemnify SolarDisclosure from third-party claims arising from Subscriber's breach of this Agreement, misrepresentation of SolarDisclosure's role, violation of professional licensing rules, or unauthorized use of SolarDisclosure marketing assets.
10. Limitation of liability
SolarDisclosure's total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the aggregate Subscription Fees paid by Subscriber in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. SolarDisclosure is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law and venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
